The Jet-Yak front antenna bracket, along with the scout antenna mount and watertight cable gland, is a straightforward installation. Just remove the two front screws from your cowling, place the optional rubber isolator bushings over the holes and attach the bracket using your factory screws.
NOTE: Some customers have reported the bushings do not allow full screw engagement. The bushing are optional and not required so simply omit if you experience this.
Next, secure your scout antenna mount to the bracket with the provided marine hardware. Place your watertight cable gland through your Jet-Yak radio enclosure, or your chosen cable routing location and connect it to your radio.
